Verify and marry
The celebrant completes required checks. The ceremony occurs physically with two adult witnesses.
Official forms and legal timing
The NOIM must generally be given to the authorised celebrant at least one month and no more than 18 months before the ceremony. A shorter period requires approval from a prescribed authority. Uploading copies does not replace any legal requirement to witness signatures or verify original identity and eligibility documents.
